01What to Report
Report any of the following: spam or phishing originating from our IP ranges, illegal content (CSAM, terrorist content, illegal drug marketplaces), malware or ransomware hosted on our infrastructure, DDoS attacks originating from our network, or copyright infringement (DMCA notices).
02How to Report
Email abuse@utechsoft.net with the subject line matching the type of abuse (e.g. "SPAM REPORT", "DMCA NOTICE", "ILLEGAL CONTENT"). Include the IP address or URL involved, timestamps (with timezone), and as much supporting evidence as possible.
03DMCA Notices
For copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, send a formal DMCA takedown notice to dmca@utechsoft.net. Include: identification of the copyrighted work, URL of the infringing material, your contact details, and a statement of good faith belief as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
04Response Times
We review all abuse reports within 24 hours. Confirmed illegal content is removed within 2 hours. Spam and other violations are investigated and actioned within 24–72 hours depending on severity.
05False Reports
Submitting false or misleading abuse reports may result in legal action under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) or other applicable statutes. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against bad-faith reporters.
